Where
is My Stuff !
You can track
the status of your order at any time by going into your own account
area and clicking the ACCOUNT HISTORY
button.
- Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and enter your CajunSupermarket.com My Account email address and your password.
- Step 2 - Once logged into your CajunSupermarket.com My Account, your order will be listed under Recent order history. Locate the order you are wanting an update on.
- Step 3 - After you have located your order, look to the left of the "view" button. If your status shows as "Processing Center " or "Pending Shipment ", your order has entered the shipping process. Please note that this does not necessarily mean your item has left the warehouse and is enroute. To see where your item is at, you can check the tracking number (if available)* by clicking the "Track" hyperlink.
Also you can view your Order Status as well as a definition of the status terms by clicking the Order Status link found at the top of each page.
From here, you
can view information about all of your orders with us - past and
present. The current status of your order will be shown on this
page.
If tracking indicates the package has been delivered, it could be somewhere safe. Please check your office, porch, garage, bushes and with your neighbor.
Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:
Processing Time + Warehouse Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
While this formula is only a guideline most orders or shipped within 24-48 hours there are factors which will cause orders to take longer to be processed and shipped. Most delays are due to back ordered items but other factors are but not limited to Weekends, Holidays, and Multiple Glass Items Purchased etc…
- Processing Time = One or two days to get your order looked at, your credit card authorized (much longer for checks and money orders), and to make sure the ship-to address is on file with your credit card company. If your ship-to address address is not validated, your order will not proceed to the next step. . If your order does not proceed to the next step, we will notify you via your order status and by email with instructions on how to proceed. If no action is taken your order will be cancelled.
Minimum time: 1-2 business days. We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
- Warehouse Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site, but high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our web site indicators can display.
Minimum time: 1-2 business days
- Shipment Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your product to you. The cheapest shipping is the default shipper in your shopping basket so if you do not want this shipping, you must deselect it and select another shipper before completing your purchase.
Expedited Shipping are Methods given priority.
Urgent Delivery - NOTE: If you make a purchase and select next day delivery, your order might not arrive the next day though we will make every attempt. Processing time can take 1-2 business days and warehouse time can take 1-2 business days and after that next day delivery can take 1 day. If you make a purchase and select next day delivery, your order might not arrive for 3 business days. If you want to use next day or second day delivery, place your order before 4 pm Eastern, Monday through Friday (holidays and weekends not included). And then monitor your email and your order status closely in case we notify you of a problem processing your order.
