Shipping
Times
Generally our
orders ship from the day they were ordered to 48 hours afterward
depending on the time they were received and when the credit card
payment clears our credit card processors fraud department.
We deliver from
available stock - where an item is currently out of stock or we
are awaiting shipping from our suppliers, the item will be marked
as out-of-stock in our catalog.
In the event that you order an item that is currently out of stock “item back-ordered” will be reflected on your order history next to those items. If the expected date is longer then 5 days we
will ship your partial order and send the remaining items ordered
once they are received.
 Below are the average shipping times through UPS. Please note that actual ground shipping time will vary. Please see the UPS shipping map for more details.

We offer Saturday Delivery in conjunction with several services.
Please Read Carefully Below.
The cost of Saturday Delivery is the normal shipping cost + $20.00
in the continental US.
Through UPS
- Available to all destinations where UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.®
service is available Monday through Friday. Saturday Delivery
is guaranteed for arrival by 9:00 or 9:30 a.m., one hour later
than the weekday guaranteed delivery time.
- Available to all destinations where the weekday guaranteed delivery
time for UPS Next Day Air® is either 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon.
Saturday Delivery guarantees arrival by 12:00 noon or 1:30 p.m.,
one and one-half hours later than the weekday guaranteed delivery
time.
- UPS 2nd Day Air®: Guaranteed delivery by end of day for shipments picked up on Thursday, based on destination:: PLEASE NOTE THIS METHOD IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES
- UPS Worldwide ExpressSM Plus: Delivery based on destination.
- UPS Worldwide ExpressSM: Delivery based on destination
Through FedEx
- Saturday pickup is available in the US in service areas for
FedEx First Overnight®, FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx
Standard Overnight®, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Express Saver®
services.
- In Alaska, FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx 2 Day Saturday
delivery is available in AM primary service areas of Anchorage
only. Saturday pickup and drop-off are available in Anchorage
only. No Saturday delivery or pickup is available in Hawaii.
- Saturday delivery is available for shipments from the U.S. to
select points in Canada by 5 p.m., and a special handling fee
will apply. Service is also available to some Far East and Middle
Eastern countries that consider Saturday a regular business day.
You must select
the Saturday Shipping Option on the checkout shipping page as well
as the appropriate shipping method for the respected service:

website, we can supply items that are Made-To-Order. These products
are manufactured once your order is received - and generally have
a significantly longer shipping time than other items. Products
that are Made-To-Order are identified as being so on their relevant
product description pages. Please refer to our "Made To Order"
section for information about this.

We normally commence
shipping when your complete order is ready.
Shipping times
for most of our items is the same day,
unless otherwise stated on the relevant product description page
or the item has an expedited shipping method.
It is possible that shipping times can vary, depending on the location
the order is sent to -- we give a 1 week timescale as a good average
for our shipping times and always try to deliver within this time.
If your order
includes items with a long shipping time, e.g. made to order items,
we will normally deliver the first part of your order as normal,
with the remainder following when ready.
