Greyhound
Package Xpress
Counter to Counter Shipping
:
Greyhound PackageXpress is a counter to counter service which means
that to recieve your package you must pick it up yourself.
Greyhound PackageXpress will use the phone number you provided at
the time of your order will be utilized to notify you upon arrival
of the package.
Arrival times are dependent on your location and shipping times
vary from 24-48 hours.
THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TO YOUR
DOOR.
Saturday
Delivery :
If you order an item and would like
for it to be delivered on Saturday then you must either choose DHL
Express Saturday Delivery Shipping or Greyhound
Package Xpress. The total cost for Saturday shipping
will be generated in your shipping quote. We ask that you also add
in your comments box that you are requesting a Saturday delivery
as well.
International
Shipping Considerations:
International
and US Possession shipping costs are varied by destination, weight
and insured value. Choosing your country or US Possession from the
pull down menu during ordering will calculate your shipping costs.
If your country is not in our list please email your exact shipping
address and product choices to our Sales
Department and we will email back with your total amount
including shipping costs for approval. Typical arrival times for
international orders are 1-5 days (Depending on the shipping selected).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We cannot calculate nor are we authorized to collect customs duties, VATs, and other local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of our international customers and typically due and collected upon receipt. In some cases customs authorities don't notify us of their charges until a much later date. In the event we are billed for any customs duties, VATs, or other local taxes, fees and duties we reserve the right to charge the party responsible for payment of the order should this occur. All documentation supporting these charges will be mailed to you via US-UPS airmail.
