As important Internet security is, we place a great emphasis on offline
security.
Database and website backups are stored at a different, secure location
to our main offices. This is for reasons of both security and to guard
against risk of fire etc ...
Our main premises are protected by a secure alarm system and CCTV.
Our administration offices are located in internal locked areas - anyone
trying to gain unauthorised access will have two security barriers to
face !
Where customer information is taken offline - for example, delivery notes
- these are stored in our administration offices, in a firesafe.

Payments By Telephone
You may not wish to make a credit card payment over the Internet at all,
in which case, you have the option of telephoning us with your credit
card details.
Please only use our customer telephone number for this. -

Cajun Supermarket will NEVER telephone you for your credit card
details directly - if we need your details again , we will contact you,
explain why we require your details again, and then invite you to CONTACT
US again at our customer telephone number with you details. This is a
measure that we employ to prevent anyone from posing as our representative.
Where we have received a customers credit card details by telephone, the
customers credit card information is destroyed immediately once the payment
has been processed. If for any reason an order is not processed right
away then the customers information is kept in a firesafe within our secure
Administration Area.
