Your
Right To Cancel
We offer all
our customers, the right to cancel their order.
At Cajun Supermarket however, we aim to be flexible with our Cancellation
policy.
CANCELLATION
TIME PERIOD
You can cancel
your order - and receive a full refund of any monies paid, right
up to the TIME BEFORE YOUR GOODS ARE DISPATCHED FOR SHIPPING. If your item(s) have been shipped then the order can not be cancelled
This applies whether your goods are dispatched 7 days after receipt
of your order, or several weeks.
There is no penalty or cost involved to you in the cancellation
of your order.
You will receive a full refund to the value of the canceled items.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
An unauthorized return is defined as any package returned to Cajun Supermarket without the proper return authorization code on the shipping label. Unauthorized returns may include any package refused by the customer during a delivery attempt. Unauthorized returns received by Cajun Supermarket may be refused at the warehouse and returned to the sender. In this case, the customer may be held responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to the sender. This cost will be passed along to the customer either in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer or a charge to the credit card if refund has already been issued. Any credits issued may be delayed.
REFUSED, RETURNED & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Cajun Supermarket to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.
Shipments which have been refused delivery or returned to our warehouse by their respected shipping company will be treated as returned items (see our returns policy) and will incur our 35% restocking fee plus the shipping fee we incur for the returned package.
CANCELLATION
OF CUSTOM ITEMS
Cancellation of custom items will be treated as returned items (see our returns policy) and will incur our 35% restocking fee.
CANCELLATION
OF PERISHABLES
We do not allow cancellation of fresh perishables or baked items such as King Cakes, fresh seafood, etc. as these items are made or purchased daily per a customers order. Frozen perishable items may be cancelled.

AFTER EXPIRED CANCELLATION PERIOD
If you require
to cancel your order after the cancellation time period has expired
(ie on the day of shipping for most items, or after 7 days from
the ordering of Made-To-Order/Custom Items) please telephone us immediately
- we shall do our best to accommodate your request.

number.
We will refund
your payment in a timely manner - normally within 3 working days.
