Returns Policy
OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee everything. If you are not happy with your order, you may return
it within 14 days for an exchange. This
means returning unopened or unused items.
Unless the return is due to an error
made by CajunSupermarket.com, we cannot refund shipping charges. Due to our
quality assurance shipping procedures, we guarantee that all items shipped
are in good quality condition.
CajunSupermarket.com will not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened (music CDs and food product) or where the tamper evident seal has been broken (food products and other related merchandise).
DAMAGED OR UNUSABLE ITEMS
We take extra precaution in packing your content to ensure it arrives undamaged.
All jars and glass items are wrapped in air-bubble or foam cushioning followed
by the use of anti-static, polystyrene peanut shaped loose fill to eliminate
movement of contents during shipment.
In the event that you receive damaged
product, please use our Return a Product form which can be found under MY
ACCOUNT :: MY ORDERS
for assistance within 2 business days after receiving your package.
Hold onto the damaged item and all of the packaging material.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Before returning merchandise, please go to MY
ACCOUNT :: MY ORDERS and use the return form to receive a
return authorization number (RMA). If for any reason you are unsatisfied with
your products please fill out this form within 14
days of receiving your products to obtain INSTRUCTIONS. Please note
each refund is granted or denied on a case by case procedure.
PLEASE NOTE: All returned products not damaged during the original shipment by Cajun Supermarket LLC will incur our 35% restocking fee if a refund is being requested.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipments that are refused delivery will incur our 35% restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for the return shipping costs if you are asking
for a refund and are returning unopened or unused product.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PERISHABLE FOOD ORDERS ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or delivery refusals. No refunds will be given unless the shipments are damaged or not delivered within the One or Two Day delivery time frame by the shipping company. (King Cakes, Frozen & Fresh Food Items, etc...)
CajunSupermarket.com will absorb the shipping
cost for all damaged merchandise returned.
Allow 15 days from the time you return your package for a full refund to your credit card or exchange of goods. We will notify you via email as soon as the refund or exchange is completed.
