Tony Chachere's® Creole Pork Dressing Tur-Duc-Hen (Creole Pork Dressing and Cornbread Dressing Stuffed in Chicken in Duck, Both Boneless, in Turkey Partially Deboned) This is an amazing meal. We take a whole turkey and completely de-bone it leaving onlty the legs.  The turkey is stuffed with boneless duck breast and boneless chicken meat, completely seasoned inside and out and stuffed with our signature Creole Pork Rice Dressing.  The Turduchen weighs 12lbs and you can feast on everything except the legs!  What a deal!

Directions

DIRECTIONS:

Thawing Instruction:  For best results, thaw first.  DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER!  Thawing may require up to 4 days in refrigerator, or simply allow to thaw on counter for 3-4 hours.

Cooking Instructions:  PREHEAT oven to 325 degrees.  Remove all packaging including styrofoam tray.  Cover and bake with legs pointing up.  Remove cover for last hour of cooking or until brown.  Remove woven threading before serving.

If Completely Thawed:  Allow 4-1/2 hours to cook.  Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

If Frozen:  Allow up to 6 hours to cook.  Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.  

Note:  Cook enclosed poultry wings with tur-duc-hen for garnish if desired.
