DIRECTIONS:
Cooking Directions: PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray. Remove chicken from all packaging (including bag and meat tray). Place breast side up in baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
If Frozen: Bake 1-1/2 hours (conventional oven) or 1 hour (convection oven). Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes (conventional oven) or 20 minutes (convection oven). Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
If Thawed: Bake 1 hour (conventional oven) or 55 minutes (convection oven). Uncover and bake an additional 35 minutes (conventional oven) or 20 minutes (convection oven). Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
To Serve: Cut chicken straight down the middle, then slice across.
