Directions
In a saucepan, whisk 3 table spoons Tony Chachere's White Gravy Mix, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook about 1 minute, stirring ocassionally or until desired consistency.
- While cooking, sprinkle and stir to thicken gravies, stews and scauces.

Easy Corn Crab Bisque
1/2 cup Tony Chachere's White Gravy Mix
2 cups milk
2 cups Half-n_Half® (or water)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 (15 oz) can cream style corn
2 Tbsp chopped green onions
1/2 Tbsp. Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
1/2 lb. lump crabmeat (or crawfish)
In a saucepan, whisk Tony Chachere's White Gravy Mix, milk and water. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to a simmer. Add butter, corn green onions, Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning and seafood. Stir gently to combine. Cook 1 minute. Yields 4-6 servings.
