Sprinkle it on boiled shrimp, in the batter for fried shrimp, use in the sauce for shrimp cocktail or use in your own favorite shrimp recipe. Also great as the seasoning on any type of shellfish or seafood. Substitute for normal use of salt, pepper and other herbs & spices called for in a recipe.

Ingredients: Spices, Salt, Dried, Onion, Dried Garlic.
Cut peppers and onion into bite-sized squares. Using peppers, onion, pineapple and shrimp, place onto kabob sticks in desired pattern.Use a vegetable brush to lightly brush prepared kabobs with melted butter. Place on foil on a preheated grill and sprinkle with Magic Seasoning Blends Shrimp Magic. Grill 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve over prepared rice of choice.
Makes approximately 20 kabobs.
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.Blend together the milk and Magic Seasoning Blends Shrimp Magic in a shallow bowl. Combine bread crumbs, paprika, and Parmesan cheese in another bowl.
Dip fish fillets into milk mixture then into crumb mixture. Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over fillets. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets. Fish should flake easily with a fork when done.Baked fish recipe serves 6.
