This mix makes absolutely the best BBQ shrimp!! We always vacationed on the Gulf Coast before Katrina and will miss it sorely for the next few years until rebuilding takes place (Pass Christian we loved you!) Now we enjoy this several times each winter. We use half a package at a time to make about 2 pounds large shrimp and still have sauce left over for making an appetizer serving later in the week. Our friends love it and it's so incredibly fast and easy that no one will believe that it takes only minutes to throw together and only about 15 minutes more to bake. Don't forget lots of French bread or Crescent rolls for dipping!
