Tony Chachere's® Jalapeno Smoked Sausage Diced Jalapeno peppers liven up this traditional sausage. Goes great diced on top nachos or with a little mustard and placed on a bun.
Ingredients: Pork, Jalapeno, Water, Salt, Sugar, Spices, Garlic, Sodium Nitrite.
DIRECTIONS:
Stovetop: Place sausage in pot & fill with water until sausage is covered. Bring water to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer for 10-15 minutes.
