We use specially cured green tabasco peppers packed in a spiced vinegar. Great for spicing up your veggies, canned or frozen. Can be refilled as needed.
Ingredients: Tabasco Peppers, Vinegar, Salt, Alum, 1/10 of 1% Benzoate (as preservative) and Yellow NO. 5 Food Color.
