Cajun Power® Louisiana Makin Creole Crawfish / Shrimp Etouffee Gravy In Louisiana, everyone enjoys getting together with family and friends for a good crawfish Étouffée. Our Crawfish Étouffée is one of our newest Fast, Easy, & So Good products and we guarantee your family will love it as much as ours.
We start with a classic, Cajun light roux and then add the perfect amount of seasoning, fresh vegetables, and Chef Caro's special touch of gris-gris. All you do is add the crawfish (or shrimp), simmer for a few minutes, and enjoy. It's so good!
Etouffee Gravy & Vegetables fully cooked. Just add seafood & water... simmer until done.
Bring your family together each night for a meal that normally takes hours to prepare. We say normally because these mixes take only minutes to make. Directions
2 Easy Steps!
- Melt 1 stick butter, add 1 lb. crawfish tails (or shrimp), and cook about 5 minutes.
- Add contents of Makin' Crawfish Etouffee, stir, and simmer for 15 minutes. Adjust seasoning. Serve over rice.
