Directions
(Conventional Oven):
Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove plastic film from tray and cover with aluminum foil. If thawed, bake for 1 hour (Conventional Oven) or 50 minutes (Convection Oven). If frozen, bake 1 hour and 20 minutes (Conventional Oven) or 1 hour and 10 minutes (Convection Oven). For either cooking method, cook pork chops to an internal temperature of 165° F.
(Outdoor Grill):
Preheat grill to 325° F. Place fully thawed Pork Chops on grill coated with non-stick spray. Grill for 1 hour or until internal temperature is 165° F.
