A friend of mine who was a Katrina evacuee introduced me to Blue Runner Creole Cream Style Red Beans. I live in deep East Texas, and I sure am glad I found a place to renew my supply that is running low since my last visit to New Orleans!rnrnThese are wonderful savory, red beans in a delicious creamy roux to serve over rice, and what a lot of cooking time it saves. I love them.
