The Checkout

The checkout lets you pay for your order and sends the details to us, so we can process them.

You can Goto Checkout either from the Cart Window, or by clicking 'Goto Checkout' from the main cart screen.

If you are already 'logged in' you'll go straight to the first payment page.
(if you are not logged in, you'll be invited to do so at this stage)

Payment Options

The first stage of the checkout process, is to choose how you would like your order shipped.

Stage 1 lets you specify your delivery address. Your own address will be displayed. If the delivery address for your order is different, then click the 'Change Address' button.

  Stage 2 lets you specify:

• If you wish to telephone us with your credit card details, then click the Telephone option.
• If you wish to send a check, choose this option.
• If you wish to pay immediately, online, then choose this option.
  
  

  Comments

  If you have any comments about your order, then enter them in here ...

  When you are happy, click the continue button at the bottom of the screen.

  
  Your Order

  The next screen displays your entire order.

  For your own records, we would always advise making a copy of this page. It contains important information, such as your order number.

  Your order will not be processed until you click the CONFIRM ORDER button.

  
  Payment Online

  If you are making payment for your order online, a new screen will open up in a SECURE AREA.

  Our Payment Gateways are provided by 2checkout.com, Paypal.com and Qchex.com - we have chosen this route because of the very high level of security offered by using this service.

  The WorldPay screen will then invite you to enter your credit card details.

  If authorised, the payment will be processed and we shall receive your order.

  
  Order Confirmation

  As soon as we receive your order, we shall send you a Confirmation E-Mail - this will give details of your full order.

  If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 1 hour of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

  
  Payments By Check or Telephone

  If you are paying for your order by cheque or via telephone, you will still receive an order confirmation e-mail.

  We cannot process your order however until payment has been made - please follow the instructions on your Confirmation e-mail, to make payment.
